When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Booth’s Manufacturing (“www.boothsmanufacturing.co.uk”) retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted/rejected we will inform you by email. The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Dispatch times may vary according to production time-scales and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

 

(a) Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail by Booth’s Manufacturing (“www.boothsmanufacturing.co.uk”) confirming the status of your order. Also registered customers can view the status of the order from the “my account” section under “recent orders”.

The statuses can show :

Failed orders: The order has failed and will not be processed and fulfilled.

Cancelled orders: The order has been cancelled and will not be processed and fulfilled.

Refunded orders: The order has been refunded, You will receive the refund entitled and the order will be not be processed and fulfilled.

Pending payment orders: The order has been placed into a pending payment state and will not be processed and fulfilled until the payment has been cleared.

On hold orders: The order has been placed on hold and will not be processed and fulfilled until the reason the order has been placed on hold has been resolved.

Processing orders: The order has been accepted to be processed and will be placed for production (please check the production timescales for each product purchased).

Completed orders: The order is now completed and dispatched (tracking will be sent depending on the delivery service used).

 

(b) Pricing

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods / service which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

 

(c) Accepted methods of payment

On the checkout page, we offer Worldpay and PayPal as payment options. When placing your order you will be directed through Worldpay or PayPal’s checkout gateway. Upon completion of your payment you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail by Booth’s Manufacturing (“www.boothsmanufacturing.co.uk”) confirming the status of your order also you will receive a payment acknowledgement e-mail by Worldpay or PayPal if the transaction has been successful.

Trade customers authorised by Booth’s Manufacturing (“www.boothsmanufacturing.co.uk”) may use direct bank transfer as a payment option. When placing your order you will be sent Booth’s Manufacturing’s bank details to send the payment via direct bank transfer. Upon completion of your payment you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail by Booth’s Manufacturing (“www.boothsmanufacturing.co.uk”) confirming the status of your order.

All our products are made to order which means there is a production time-scale for all orders before they can be dispatched for delivery. Please check each product for their time-scales given for production. Click here to be directed to the production time-scales page.

 

(e) Delivery of goods

Upon completion of production. Your order will be dispatched. Your full order fulfilment is always dispatched together, we never send split shipment of goods. You will receive email notification that your order has been dispatched. We aim to have all orders delivered within 48 working hours (Monday – Friday) from dispatch. we dispatch from our workshop Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm. (excluding bank holidays)

Our aim is to produce the best quality products from our workshop, if you have any issues after delivery please contact us. We are more than happy to help.

We understand from time to time you may wish to return an item(s). please follow steps below to return an item(s) and receive a refund.

Returns:

For any returns you must contact us first to arrange this. Your order with Booth’s Manufacturing (“www.boothsmanufacturing.co.uk”) will have a order number / reference, this must added as a note / letter inside your return parcel showing this. Your item(s) must be returned in good condition (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

You must notify us within 14 days from your item(s) been delivered for all return item(s). You then have 14 days from notifying us to return any item(s) to us.

Please note for any returns we do not pay for the cost to be posted back to us. (we can recommend postage services to use to return item(s) and always advised to take postage insurance to cover any damage / loss in transit back to us.)

Please note that for any made to measure / bespoke item(s) we will deduct 30% from the total price sold (excluding delivery costs). Delivery costs are non refundable.
